Having grown up in a home where family recipes were passed down from generation to generation, he is no stranger to the art of fine cuisine. His passion for food and cooking are quite distinguishable in his daily life.
Rosario Li Rocchi, son of Salvatore, is the architect designer of the restaurant. After a bachelor degree of architecture and a minor in philosophy, Rosario deepened his studies and completed his masters of architecture in digital and urban design. Growing up in Italy with a family full of Italian traditions and restaurant business experiences, the design of Pane e Vino came with no expectations below breathtaking. The design came from a deep study of architectural elements which included the VRE and the residential neighborhoods that surround the restaurant to give the customer a home like feeling with a touch of Italian flavor.
